The project aims to trigger cultural activities in a daily routine with a wide influence radius. Even though there is not enough conscience about arts in Bolivia, the project aims to attract not only musicians, but also  spectators from around the world in the near future. 
The urban strategy proposes to create a hybrid urban meeting point where people can go in their free times and in this way fulfill the demand for artistic and leisure spaces in the city.
The futuristic infrastructure bets on an open green space in a crowded area through green roofs and parks which connect a concatenated system with its equals.
