URBAN PLANNING "VACARISSES"
This project was dedicated to seraching, study and display of several indicators regarding economic and social reality at the big scale.
Plenty of information arises btoh from Open Data administrations and Social Networks.
After an initial discussion on the validity of each parameter for the main analysis, the assignment was to precess large amount of data in order to synthesize it into the minimum amount of ink while maximizing the understanding of reality.

From a shape (.shp) file and a .CAT (internet domain) file it was posible to convine the data imput according to the cadastre ID of the plots and the documents information.
Energetic Poverty - Energy Reform
Since the energy reform started to take place into the urban planning in the town of Vacarisses, Barcelona, Spain, only 345 plots have granted an energy certificate, despite de 748 under this domain.
The explanation might be because of the year of intervention among these buildings. According to the charts, the largest number of homes have been reformed before the year 1979. How ever, there is no explanation of the houses reformed after 2013 without it.
The area of the plots indicates which houses (under this domain) need energy certificate with urgency in order to avoid waste of energy because of its higher comsumption.

Energetic Poverty - Certificate energy
In spite of the effort, the plots with energy certificate seem to have the same conditions as the rest of the town, the charts indicate that the majority of the houses among this domain have a low energy efficiency.
According to the primary energy and emission qualification the most of the houses are under energetic class G, there is no plots with class A or B.
The construction stage shows that less than 4 % of the plots are free, so the town might reach its max habitability.

Energetic Poverty - Zones
The chart indicates that Vacarisses is a residencial area with a maximum of 4 level per building. Thus, green areas, wet areas and its location might affect its energy consumption.
The most biggest green areas belongs to 8 futbol pitches and the half of the houses in higher levels whose open surroundings provides sun light to its neighbors.
The wet areas seem not be so important since only 4 % of the houses own a pool.
