Due to the urban increase in the surrounding areas of Rosario, Argentina, it has been developed a housing proposal linked to a 3th grade hospital.
Both have been placed in front of a well-known park ¨Los Constituyentes¨ whose main road connects the infrastructure to one of the main rings of the city network.
According to the urban net, the housing project has divided the land in 36 parcels. In addition, new requirements for a present juncture have been developed.
The proposal has risen the main facade, which it is shown with a high building as the main gate between the hospital and the housing, with a square that holds the arriving people.
The bond between these infrastructures has been designed regarding a pedestrian pathway through a dynamic tunnel filled with social and commercial areas.
