The proposal tries to develop an interactive bond from a discriminated area to the main city in the west side of Rosario, Argentina where homeless people having taken possession of vacant lots  in order to settle down.
The project aims to provide all the facilities and gates in order to create a social and safe integration among them. 
Despite its location, the area also lacks of basic services, not only water or electricity installations, but also education and health infrastructure.
