The objective of this project was to provide wide open spaces without structure to carry out a variety of public activities.

 

Inasmuch as the plot was located in the down town, it was able to project only a few plants. Other restrictions according to the law were also limiting for the design, however, creativity convined with some skills with the help of computer programs made the building an important piece of modern architecture.
